A Passion Story
When the Kassis and Sabagh families left Bethlehem in the 1930's to Chile, Bethlehem stayed in their hearts, their food and their blood.
In the 2000's, Don Alberto Kassis, the family patriarch started building bridges again with his beloved Bethlehem and dreaming of projects that would support the city.
In 2019, his daughter, Elizabeth, an entrepreneur and artist, dreamt of the boutique hotel in Bethlehem, in the family home.
She partnered with fellow Bethlehem aficionado, Chef and Hotelier Fadi Kattan to create a home in Bethlehem for travellers eager to share the passion for our beautiful city.
